The combination of a modular infeed belt, a scissor system for raising racks and a working platform make moulding tasks easy and comfortable. The range of options starts with a manually loaded ergonomic moulding machine and scissor lift for multimould racks, and includes the innovative semi-automatic moulding station with rack loading-unloading and manual or automatic assisted product loading, culminating with a fully automated moulding line as part of a high-capacity production line. All of the options are not only intended to improve ergonomics, but also to increase productivity and regularity in the moulding process, making it a simple, safe and effective task.
