Double Your Throughput While Sorting Just About Anything With rates of up to 16,800 parcels per hour*, VersaSort steerable wheel modules can sort items up to twice as fast as similar small- to medium-sized sortation systems. Ready-to-integrate tables can be configured to the ideal size for your product mix — from tiny boxes to large, irregular items. The same design can be used to divert, singulate, align, merge, or perform transfers at any angle up to 90 degrees in either direction from the main conveyor line, without the disadvantages of pneumatic systems. VersaSort is powered by proprietary small motor technology with integrated electronics. Modules of four to eight rollers, each with an embedded brushless DC motor, allow different regions of the table to be controlled independently. Precise individual angle control permits greater flexibility with tighter spacing between items, resulting in higher throughput. In addition, VersaSort modules produce significantly less noise than pneumatic or belt-driven systems.
