Description

Seven decades of knowhow for a single result: perfect paper-backed gloves. Our showpiece. This automatic machine produces film gloves directly on backing paper - in a single operation. Conventional use: package leaflets for hair dyes. Constantly further developed to suit your needs, it allows production of gloves on paper, with a choice of "sandwich" or "side by side" arrangement. In order to fulfil your specific needs more closely, you can choose from various different modules. Gloves "side by side", i.e. next to each other on the paper, are therefore produced with a throughput of up to 120 items/min. Module B can be installed as a retrofit and allows production of gloves on paper with the "sandwich" arrangement, i.e. superimposed. This is how it works: two film webs and one paper web run into position with millimetre accuracy by means of photoelectric cells. In the digitally controlled sealing station, the film widths running superimposed are sealed to form perfectly shaped gloves that directly adhere to the paper. The film waste is drawn off. The final cut is made - hey presto! Up to 60 items per minute. The FSA produces gloves from PE, LD, HD and bio film. Product safety: Two sensors monitor the paper web to ensure that the gloves are on the paper. The machine immediately reports a fault if a glove is missing. Available accessories: • Intermediate transport for transferring the sheets to the folding machine PRODUCT INFORMATION Item number: OS10018 Manufacturer: joke Folienschweißtechnik GmbH Group: Cosmetics Film material: LDPE, HDPE, Biofilm Paper thickness: 40 - 60 g Film thickness: max. 2 x 50 µm Max. film width: 500 mm
