The joke Bag is a high-efficiency production line for manufacturing bottom seam bags. The model is designed for niche products and small series: as an entry level, as it were, to large-scale modular units. The joke Bag combines the advantages of a standard device with individual configurability. The machine can be retrofitted with further units at a later stage. Owing to its modular structure, the joke Bag is a reliable partner in processing of films. A high level of efficiency is achieved by the new bag clamping. Stacking and removal of the finished products is made very quick and easy here: without needling. Added to this is a range of different functions and subassemblies as options and additions, such as for example punchings or sealings. Owing to the modular construction, the 3-metre-long basic model can be transformed into an up to 30-metre-long production line. Comprehensive technical equipment with budgetary flexibility The joke Bag is equipped with a servo drive technology and PLC function control. Control is performed from a touchscreen on the unit. A photoelectric cell for printed films is incorporated as standard. Furthermore, three cams with 24VDC signals are freely disposable. The effective output depends on the variant, product dimensions, film type, thickness and quality. The joke Bag offers a high degree of budgetary flexibility through the range of different variants and options.
