Cutting paste for severe machining. Characteristics: Suitable for drawing operations. For severest machining processes in which the liquid metalworking oils no longer provide satisfactory results. The product is especially developed for severest metal processing such as tapping, threading, reaming, drilling, broaching, milling etc of ferrous and non-ferrous metal, high alloyed steel and iron-cast. The range of application covers high-alloyed carbon steel, chromium-nickel alloys V.A., austenitic, ferritic chromium-nickel steel (stainless and heat-resistant alloys), titanium, manganese, cast steel, cast iron, malleable casting, etc. Based on waxes and vaselines with carefully coordinated sulfur and phosphorus compounds as EP additives (extreme pressure additives). The paste allows high cutting speeds with low tool wear and excellent surface quality.
