Lubricant mixing unit

One mixing unit for all container sizes. Essential for all workplaces where homogeneous emulsions are prepared. Through precise dosage an economical use of emulsions is possible. The barrel mixing unit operates on the principle of jet pumps (Venturi principle), and requiers no futher electric power. The transfer of energy to the pumped liquid (concentrate) is produced by mixing with the propellant fluid (water). It simplifies the mixing of emulsions and solutions considerably. The corresponding mixing ratio can be precisely adjusted on the setting wheel. Concentration determination is carried out by a hand refractometer (also available from us). Through precise metering, an economical use of emulsions is possible. Concentration range of 1-16%, all water-soluble cooling lubricant concentrates can be mixed, ideal for filling individual machines or container, can be easily attached tot he container sizes (5L, 10L, 25L, 60L, 200L) by means of various screw caps. 5 different suction tube sizes for adjustment to the container size. All connections (5x suction tubes, 2x screw cap for canisters, 1x screw cap for barrels) are included in the scope of supply!
