The specially designed MP Transfer (Micro Pitch belt) is extensively used to transfer small and delicate products. The knife edge design enables a narrow nose-to-nose transfer between belt systems. The conveyor system features micro pitch acetal belt with only 8 mm pitch that significantly reduces the damaging polygon effect to minimum. The stainless steel conveyor with narrow transfers and small pitch design enables smooth and tight transfer, improved tracking, and product stability with minimum gap between conveyors. The design ensures safe transfers by preventing any damage and loss during transfer of delicate and/or small footprint products between conveyor systems. The conveyors can be easily cleaned and requires no lubrication.
