Surface grinding and profile grinding go hand in hand with our customers. Simple, manual installation of the machine is controlled by electronic handwheels as well as joystick. The graphic user guide supports grinding and profile grinding. Touchscreen control panel All commands are very simply configured via function buttons, step switches and the touchscreen. Even complex programming works ("profiles" base image) are supported in a user-friendly manner by the graphic menu management. Control panel Allows all axes to be positioned using joystick and electronic handwheels. In this way, the speed of the axes can be variably preset. Table dressing unit with folding function To profile the grinding wheel, the table dressing unit folds up pneumatically and then lowers itself back under the magnetic plate. Equipped with 5 tool holders for diamonds (4x 45°; 1x vertical).
