Description

The packing MG 974 is made of special mineral filaments with high lubrication and chemical resistance, reinforced at the corners with a synthetic filament with high resistance to abrasion and great tenacity. It has great lubrication and great mechanical resistance due to its diagonal construction and the incorporation of synthetic filaments in the corners It offers excellent elasticity and adaptability to pockets, allowing it to be used on damaged or un-ground shafts. The MG 974 packing is designed for centrifugal pumps or dynamic equipment, even working in vacuum equipment. MG 974 Packing Applications It allows working on high-speed centrifugal pumps and avoids start-up problems due to the high lubricant content, facilitating start-up and not damaging the shaft ; by having a minimum coefficient of friction and evacuating the friction temperature by having a very high thermal coefficient. Gasket especially recommended where emission control is required. & nbsp; Centrifugal pumps Single and multicellular pumps Self-priming pumps Volumetric pumps Pressure equipment Split chamber bombs Multi-stage pumps Vertical and horizontal pumps Submersible pumps Propeller pumps Alternative Pumps Piston Pumps Reciprocating and piston pumps Other applications : Dynamic teams Turbines, compressors All equipment in high speed centrifugal movements Pumps and equipment for: Sugar and Wastebaskets Thermal Power Plants Nuclear Power Plants Cogenerations Refineries Steelworks and Foundries Cement factories Naval Industry
