Overview
Cordless battery-operated torque gun in straight design from the JUWEL TQS-Series. Available across a wide torque range (from small torques up to 15,000 Nm depending on model). Drive unit and 4-speed planetary gearbox developed and produced in Germany. Key elements include mechanical step adjustment, brushless PowerDrive motor, lithium-ion battery technology and fast charging.

• Cordless torque wrench available for torques between 100–15,000 Nm (model-dependent) with simple mechanical torque adjustment.
• 4 gears with 15 torque settings each (option to switch between up to 60 torque levels).
• Mechanical step adjustment: resistant to dirt and sunlight; operable with gloves.
• Brushless PowerDrive motor for efficient, maintenance-friendly operation.
• Lithium‑ion batteries with SafetyCell Technology; standard delivery includes two rechargeable batteries. Quick charger restores full capacity in under 30 minutes. Typical battery capacity: 6 Ah for continuous screwdriving.
• Electronically controlled precise torque: tool switches off automatically after successful fastening.
• Visual and acoustic battery charge indicator when defined levels are reached.
• Motor and electronics protected against dust.
• Drive and gearbox 100% developed and produced in-house (Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany); gearbox milled, geared and assembled internally.
• High-strength special alloys and selected bearings for high gearbox quality and long service life.
• High speeds for precise and fast bolting.
• Large accessory range (reaction arms, supports, adapters, brackets) manufactured via in-house CNC for quick availability.
• Compatible with JUWEL ReactionFree system to avoid external reaction/support in some applications.

Models & product highlights

• TQS series includes models from weight‑optimised small-torque units (e.g. TQS-065, TQS-095) up to robust high-torque units (e.g. TQS-130, TQS-220, TQS-300) and extended-range models (TQS-1000, TQS-1500).
• TQS-065: lightweight for small torques (max. 650 Nm).
• TQS-095: up to 950 Nm.
• TQS-130 / TQS-220 / TQS-300: robust designs for demanding bolting (TQS-300 up to 3,000 Nm).
• TQS-400–TQS-700: standard configuration often includes additional handle and modular geared bearings for safe handling at higher torques (screw connections up to 10,000 Nm depending on model).
• TQS-700 example: powerful model (max. 7,000 Nm).
• New high-capacity models: TQS-1000 (approx. 500–10,000 Nm) and TQS-1500 (up to approx. 1,050–15,000 Nm).

Notes

• All JUWEL torque guns are assembled and calibrated after order; calibration and testing follow international standards and company quality procedures.
• Accessories such as sliding supports and custom reaction arms can be manufactured to exact customer specifications.
