Description

Extrusion host for JWS-H series high-efficiency, large production of single-screw extruder. The special screw cylinder structure design, can guarantee the ideal melt, the uniformity under the lower melt temperature. Designed for large diameter pipe extrusion spiral distribution structure die head, equipped with in-mold gas extraction pipe cooling system, with special low-melt down PE100 raw materials, can produce, super-thick wall, super-large diameter solid wall pipe. Two-stage hydraulic open-close moving vacuum setting box and independent control of the multi-track tractor, chip-free cutting machine, computer control coordination of each unit, high degree of automation, continuous production stability. Optional wire rope traction device, so that the large diameter of the start of each operation is more convenient.
