Available from 9”-22” capacity, our fully automatic band saws are workhorses that churn out parts faster than an operator ever could. The operator loads the material, sets the length, and enters the number of cuts. The saw will continuously cut and automatically feed the material until it reaches the number of cuts programmed or runs out of material. These machines saw through bar stock, tubes, steel profiles and cast-iron materials with ease.Scissor Type band saws pivot the saw head on a bearing on one side of the head. These band saws feature a rigid and compact design, automatic material feed, a parts counter, and a built-in flood coolant system. They allow the operator to control band speed and cutting force, resulting in premium cutting results and extending blade life. The automatic feed will help reduce scrap, labor costs, and errors, while the simple design and brand-name components will ensure easy service and reduced down-time. Dual column band saws raise and lower the head on precision ground linear guides. The frame of this fully automatic bandsaw’s solid cast mono-block construction keeps vibrations to a minimum and results in straight, accurate cuts and extended blade life. The blade guides and rollers are carbide which promotes longevity. Hydro-mechanical blade tension and an automatic band breakage detection and shut-off feature make this automatic band saw truly great.
