Chongqing Kaishan Fluid Machinery Co., Ltd. Vacuum pump
The screw vacuum pump features an optimized design for application conditions to maximize evacuation and reduce energy use. Key features include a patented intake valve for differential-pressure injection, elimination of forced oil injection to remove oil-pump losses, and a permanent-magnet motor with speed regulation. These elements produce efficient pumping across 5–350 mbar and stable operation down to the limited pressures of 0.5–0.67 mbar.

Innovative airend design
The airend uses a "Y" rotor profile and a triple bearing arrangement (cylindrical + tapered roller bearings) to deliver bearing life >100000 hours. Low-speed, large-nose geometry reduces noise and improves stability. The integrated design simplifies installation and maintenance.

Blower
Kaishan oil-free screw blower uses a patented high-efficiency screw rotor profile with precision synchronization gears. The bearing is sealed away from the compression chamber ensuring oil-free discharge. Design enables no-foundation installation, low pulsation and reduced noise. Integrated control supports remote operation and optional frequency-conversion drives and start-up unloading valves. Permanent-magnet frequency-conversion motors are standard.
