Kaishan offers process screw compressors with independent intellectual property rights and a professional manufacturing system. The product line includes dry screw units and oil-injection screw units engineered to deliver either pure (oil-free) or lubricated compressed gas for industrial process applications.

Dry screw compressor unit
Kaishan dry screw compressors operate without injecting lubricating oil into the compression chamber, providing an oil-free and dust-free compressed medium suitable for flammable, explosive or toxic gases.

Innovative air-end design
The air-end features a 'Y' rotor profile and a triple bearing arrangement of cylindrical and tapered roller bearings with bearing life >100,000 hours. The low-speed, large‑nose design ensures stable performance, reduced noise, integrated layout and straightforward installation.

Oil injection screw compressor unit
Kaishan oil-injection screw compressors deliver reliable performance with low vibration and noise, high efficiency and fewer wear-prone parts. The lubrication method simplifies the mechanical structure and improves airtightness.
