This new range has lifting capacities from 120 tonnes (264klbs) to 380 tonnes (837klbs) with more capacity, at longer load centres, with more outreach and increased lift heights that is mobile, versatile and ideal for the wind, energy, metal, concrete and other super heavy lifting applications. Versatility built in. With 6 lift hook models and 3 tool carrier models, we offer all the capacity you need, with outreach of 8-11 m (26-36ft) and lift heights of 13-18 m (43-59ft). This means that you have a very versatile solution that can safely lift and transport the heaviest loads both inside and out when fitted with either single lift hook or tool carrier (with 4 lift hooks or 4 twistlocks). For your extremely long cargo - long and heavy loads like wind tower sections, two machines can work together to move your load efficiently and safely, with twice the capacity. A unique design. To be able to lift extremely heavy loads you need a unique design that is fit for purpose which is why the CES Heavy Duty Range comes with either a long-fixed wheelbase of 10 metres or a unique extendable wheelbase that goes from 9-12m (29-39ft) up to 13-18m (43-59ft). Coupled with the strong 2 or 3-piece chassis that is supported by 2-to-5 extra big front wheels and 2 or 4 big rear wheels to get that extra reach and capacity. A combination that allows you to lift those super heavy loads up to 380 tonnes (837klbs). Efficient to the core. Powered by a hydrostatic drive combining the latest Volvo or Cummins engine technology with Bosch-Rexroth hydraulics you’ll get a super heavy lifter that is surprisingly fuel efficient compared to traditional diesel solutions.
