Product Structure & Manufacturing
The enclosure uses a two-piece split design (top and bottom shells) for straightforward assembly and serviceability. Main bodies are precision-extruded aluminum profiles offering structural rigidity and integrated thermal paths. All ports and features are produced by precision CNC with tight tolerances. Silicone sealing strips and reinforced corners improve impact resistance and environmental sealing. Modular assembly enables rapid disassembly and component replacement.
