Description

The self-tipper finds many uses in everyday work, whether as a container collecting waste such as scrap or as a transport device for pourable materials such as small parts or chips. The self-tipper is characterized by a lot of volume and a high load capacity. The BARTELS tipping container, manufactured in our own production, empties itself, erects itself, locks itself - pays itself. Thanks to the automatic release, tipping can be done even from great heights without an additional rope hoist or the like, and the forklift operator does not need to leave the forklift. Advantages of the self-tipping chip container • Convenient - safe - fast - without physical effort • Automatic tipping and emptying after unlocking • Returns to the starting position by itself • Automatically locks itself again • Safe operation Tipping and locking is automatic and the driver does not have to leave the forklift. This means less effort and therefore more time. Another advantage is that there is no impact on the lift mast of the forklift truck when emptying quickly and completely due to the roll-off skids. The special roll-off mechanism provided by said roll-off skids eliminates the need for a chain lock - as is otherwise necessary with skips and dump trucks. Advantage: The tipper cannot slip off the tines even during the tipping process.
