Lift - lower - lift - done! Bartels hinged-bottom containers feature the proven automatic release, i.e. no rope pull is required - the bottom flap is unlocked only by placing it on the container edge. This makes it easy to open even a container filled to the brim. Advantages of the hinged-bottom container • The emptying container with the smallest possible outer dimensions and the largest possible volume: Saves space, fits in low machine ejections and in narrow working aisles • One-man handling: Opening and closing of the bottom flap fully automatically, without the forklift operator leaving the seat • Discharge can be controlled safely and quickly from the driver's seat Stackable: Saves storage space (not possible with fixed and swivel castor equipment) • Minimum fork length: 1,000 mm (500 ltr.), 1,100 mm (750/1,000 ltr.), 1,200 mm (1,500/2,000 ltr.) • Can be picked up by forklift or pallet truck or moved with fixed and swivel castors Lift the container and lower it on the edge of the collection container. Bottom flap opens automatically when placed on container edge. After emptying, the bottom flap is automatically locked again by lowering the container - finished.
