1, How long you can guarantee your PRTV coating on ceramic insulators of substation equipments?
15 years
2, How long the client will need to wash their equipment after PRTV coating in below mentioned areas?
3, If the minimum required thickness of PRTV on ceramic insulators of high voltage equipments in substations is 500 micron (Dry Film Thickness - DFT). To reach to this thickness, how much is your recommended weight for square meter?
1.4 kg/m2
4, What is your estimated time to do the PRTV coating of each bay of substations? ( line bay , transformer bay …)
5, What is your estimated area of ceramic surface in square meter for below mentioned equipments of high voltage substations?
One Piece
Applications:
1, Transmission lines
2, Substations
Competitive Advantage:
Because most of the insulators/surge arrestors/CT/PT/ in most of the transmission lines in the world are ceramic insulators and glass insulators. Because these two kinds of insulators do not have good anti-pollution performance, so the utility has to wash it every year even shut down the lines. Which can cause huge cost and lose to the utilities. RTV/PRTV products-- which is used to clean the surface of the ceramic insulators/SA/CT etc big products in the power substations and transmission lines that the utilities have to wash it every year. If we use these products, then there will be no need for them to wash it every year[after applying for this coating, then at least 10 years there is no need to wash it again]. So they can save time, money and also no need to shut down the power lines.
