NSR22-PS Conveyor Belt Position Switch is a conveyor belt safety accessory designed to alarm and/or shut down conveyor systems in the event of a conveyor belt misalignment. NSR22-PSswitches will allow you to reduce the downtime and maintenance associated costs. NSR22-PS series of conveyor belt pull cord switch do not require maintenance. Materials used: The body structure is covered with aluminum cast static paint and protected by oven paint. Shaft mechanisms are made of stainless steel. Handle mechanisms are made of stainless steel or Teflon material. Uses and Applications: It is mounted on both sides of the conveyor belt to be attached to the chassis. Conveyor Belt Position Switch is used to weigh the difference of the lower part of the conveyor belts and track the position of the belt. The lever moves from its current position when more force is applied to the lever mechanism. The first alarm activates the switch at 35 °. Safety Features: The heavy-duty rugged design makes them suitable for most industrial applications. It can be used with only one contact mechanism without using alarm contact.
