Description

Bonded seals have a rectangular section, metal washer, with a trapezoidal shaped ring of vulcanised rubber bonded to the inside. Both the washer and the material can be selected to suit a given application. The seal is for use in high pressure environments where copper washers are unsuitable. The standard product is supplemented by a range of self-centering Bonded Seals that eliminate the possibility of leakage due to offset during assembly. Our range includes BSP, Metric and is offered in Mild Steel with Nitrile Seal (316 Stainless Steel with Viton/Nitrile Seal available on request).
