Product description:The CellaCrystal PA 64 is engineered for optical temperature measurement during crystal growth in plasma-assisted CVD processes. Its two-colour measuring method and selected spectral range reduce plasma influence on the signal. With a constant resolution of < 0.1 K across the measuring range and excellent long-term stability, the instrument delivers the precision required for process control. Alignment to the measuring point is facilitated by through-the-lens sighting, laser pilot light or an optional video camera.
