Description

KERATHERM® Adhesive Films The KERATHERM® Adhesive Films are thermoconductive, electrically isolating, double-sided adhesive films. They have an excellent, permanent adhesive strength with very high thermal conductivity at outstanding insulation properties. Applications CPUs, LEDs Flips Chips, DSPs BGAs, PPGAs MOSFETS on heat sinks For example in power supplies and inverter modules computers telecommunication electronics automotive electronic KL 90 und KL 91 KERATHERM® Adhesive Films Ceramic filled double-sided adhesive film -with or without fibre glass! KL 90 and KL 91 are double sided adhesive films. They have an excellent, permanent adhesive strength with high thermal conductivitiy as well as very good insulation properties at the same time. Low heat transfer resistance can be achieved by a very reliable adhesive strength on different surfaces. Mechanical fixation with clips, screws or rivets are not necessary. Due to the soft surface finish, tolerances can be compensated very well. Light weight, easy handling as well as high elasticity are further advantages.
