Description

KF series vacuum cleaners include a maintenance free three phase side channel unit made of aluminium casting, with direct coupling to the motor fixed on the base of the chassis, which ensures a very good stability. A safety release valve on the suction unit prevents the machine the machine from overheating in case of overcharging during continuous working operation. The machine is fitted with an electric box including a magneto-thermic safety switch. The machine is switched on & off through two push buttons fitted on the front panel of the electric box. A long electric cable is supplied together with the machine. The high efficiency filtering system includes a very large surface area L class polyester filter, easy to clean by means of an ergonomic manual filter shaker. When vacuuming toxic materials, upstream or/and downstream H14 class HEPA filters with 99,995% M.P.P.S method efficiency, are available as options. The vacuumed material is collected in a 25 or 50 litres capacity easy removable bin. The machine is made out of sheet and pipe iron steel, sand blasted and painted with epoxy powder colour grey Ral 9006 giving to the machine an outstanding robustness. Two fixed and two rotating wheels (respective diameters of 100 and 150 mm) fitted with brakes ensure an outstanding manoeuvrability when moving the machine.
