Overview The NR-X Series is a compact, multi-input data logger platform designed for synchronized, multi-channel measurement across a broad range of test and monitoring applications. It supports diverse signal types and modular expansion to consolidate acquisition on a single system.
Key selling points - Support for multiple measurement unit types from one platform
- Compact, transportable form factor for field and laboratory use
- Reduced-wiring architecture with remote units to minimize on-site cabling
- Intuitive PC software for quick channel setup and standardized data export
Applications - R&D and durability testing for vehicle body and chassis
- PCB and electronic component performance verification
- Process monitoring such as molding machine temperature control
- Long-term fatigue testing for HVAC and outdoor equipment
Features — Measurement capability and system The NR-X Series accepts up to eight types of measurement units and can expand to hundreds of synchronized channels from a single platform. Supported signals include voltage, temperature, current, strain, acceleration, pulse and CAN. The system provides high-resolution A/D conversion with microsecond-level sampling and architecture designed to minimize noise and preserve signal integrity across many simultaneous channels.
Features — Usability and workflow - Reduced-wiring system and remote units allow wiring close to measurement points to shorten setup time and reduce wiring errors
- PC software enables easy channel configuration and direct export to standard formats (for example, Excel) for faster analysis and reporting
- Data-synced camera support to align recorded measurements with video for faster diagnosis
- Real-time monitoring with live graphs and remote viewing; optional wireless LAN for distributed measurement and monitoring
Features — Durability and environments Units are engineered for demanding environments with vibration/shock resistance, wide temperature tolerance, and water/dust protection suitable for laboratory and harsh field conditions. Environmental variants are available for exposure to water, sand, mud and high temperatures.
Power and portability AC, DC and battery power options are available. A high-capacity lithium-ion battery option supports extended acquisition runs (typical extended operation indicated up to around 800 minutes with high-capacity battery).
