The acoustic imaging core assembly and standalone module are sensor units that offer complete acoustic imaging functionality. They integrate a microphone array and an optical camera, and transmit acoustic imaging results and visible light images via a USB interface. These units are fully encapsulated, meaning both the hardware and software are pre-packaged as modules. Users can directly utilize them as modules, which facilitates the rapid development of their own acoustic imaging products.
The core components of the acoustic imaging core assembly and standalone module are identical. The differences between them lie in their structural and appearance designs, which are tailored to suit different applications.
The acoustic imaging core assembly and standalone module primarily consist of microphones, algorithm processing chips, and enclosures. They have been calibrated at the factory. Even without specialized acoustic knowledge, you can quickly develop acoustic imaging products.

Acoustic Imaging PCB Kit
The KeyGoTech acoustic imaging PCB kit is designed for the development of acoustic imaging instruments or systems. It offers flexibility for customization, allowing you to design a mechanical housing case tailored to your specific product development needs. The kit consists of two key PCB boards: a microphone array board and an FPGA board. These boards are seamlessly integrated via two B2B connectors. Additionally, a square hole is located at the center of the microphone array, providing an option for you to install a visible light camera as required.
The PCB kit shares the same differentiating features and advantages as the acoustic imaging module, but it does not include a housing case or a visible light camera, offering greater flexibility and openness. You can connect the PCB kit to your device motherboard via a 20-pin FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) connector using the USB protocol. The visible light camera is to be selected by you based on your requirements and connected directly to your device motherboard. There is only a structural relationship between the visible light camera and the microphone array, with the camera located at the center of the array and no direct electrical connection between them. In your application software, you read the beamforming calculation results from the PCB kit boards and capture visible light images from the camera. Then, you overlay the beamforming results with the visible light images to produce acoustic imaging pictures or videos.
