General information on reaction vessels KGW-ISOTHERM manufactures around 400 different types of glass reaction vessels as standard. The reaction vessels are manufactured from 250 ml to 20 liters volume, in cylindrical or spherical shape, with flat, round or dished bottom. Laboratory flanges with an O-ring groove in accordance with DIN12214 are used as a termination. Two different valve types are available as standard, a torion-type valve (L valve) and a valve with spring pressure on the valve pin (J valve), as well as the spherical ground joint S40. All reaction vessels with a valve have no dead volume at the outlet. In addition to the versions listed, customized versions are possible at any time. With the help of our CAD system, we will prepare a qualified offer for you. All reaction vessels, including the standard types, are produced to customer order. Changes to connections or flanges are therefore usually offered at no extra charge.
