PICK-UP-STACKER (PUS) The Pick-up-Stacker (PUS) was developed to perfect the removal times of the products from the thermoforming machine, i.e. to minimize and to optimize the stacking. The Pick-up-Stacker is available for third party machines as well as for 1st generation KTR machines (.1 machines). The PUS automatic additionally features a guided stack removal via the hand packing table. Benefits: • Particularly fast removal times • Allows up to 50 cycles/minute • Mandrel-guided removal and stacking • Enables processing of very thin-walled cups at high speed and best quality • Independent, easy-to-operate control system PICK-UP-STACKER COMPACT The Pick-up-Stacker compact combines the advantages of the PUS with an integrated carton filling solution. It features fully automatic carton filling and return conveyor for filled cartons on the operator side. With its modular design, it can be perfectly adapted to all requirements and pack up to 30 cup stacks per minute hygienically and efficiently.
