Copper shunt flexible connectors are made with laminated copper strips, welded with press welding or brazing technology.
Kinto Electrical produces various laminated connectors according to customer drawings and specifications. The parts are manufactured in high quality with approved materials and suitable processes: press-/diffusion welding; soldering/brazing; riveting.
Copper strips:
- Copper purity: ≥99.9%.
- Thickness: 0.05mm - 0.3mm.
- Surface treatment: uncoated, silver-coated or tin-coated.
