Description

These UL758 certified flexible insulated busbars consist of multiple layers of tinned copper or uncoated strips, as well as a flexible PVC compound. The operating temperature ranges from -30 to 105 degrees Celsius. The voltage varies depending on the number of flexible busbars and whether they are connected to one another or the earth. An electrical conductor is included with a tinned or uncoated surface and resistivity measuring ≤1.785μΩcm2/cm. The tensile strength of the conductor is ≥200N/mm and extensibility is ≥30%. The insulation is PVC with a thickness of 1.8 to 2.1mm. It is flame retardant and self-extinguishing. The elasticity after a seven-day aging test at 135 degrees Celsius is ≥180%. The oxygen index is 30% and the shore hardness measures A70 to 80.
