Description

The electrode Finox 29/9 is an electrode for extremely crack-resistant and durable joint and surface welding on difficult-to-weld steels, i.e. high-manganese steel, tool steel and spring steel as well as for mixed compounds like black-and-white joints. Due to its excellent mechanical properties and high corrosion resistance of the weld metal, the electrode Finox 29/9 Gold is ideally suited for the repair and maintenance of machine and plant parts, i.e. shafts, cog wheels and tools. It is just as well suited for buffering layers under hard alloys. The electrode's stable arc and excellent welding properties guarantee easy slag removal and a finely rippled seam surface which can easily be modelled. The weld metal is rust-proof, can be warm-hardened and work-hardened.
