The Mietsystem PLUS units enable the assembly of complete rental buildings up to three storeys with a variety of floor plans — freestanding or as extensions to existing buildings. Suitable as temporary buildings during refurbishments, renovations or as time-limited expansions. Mietsystem PLUS units offer improved energy performance, enhanced indoor comfort and flexible floor-plan options. For extended rental periods, the PLUS 60 system is available with extended comfort and technical equipment.

Mietsystem PLUS units are designed for rental periods up to 24 months (PLUS) or up to 60 months (PLUS 60). Room sizes and layouts can be adapted during the rental period.
