EC thermostats +130°C are not “cheap heaters”, but represent the affordable alternative to BIO thermostats. In order to accommodate tight budgets, the mechanically very complex, solid aluminum heating tub was dispensed with in favor of a mounted tub. The base of this is also precision milled, so that good heat transfer to the heating blocks is guaranteed. Equipped with the JUMO controller (PID) and a wide range of heating blocks, the LS thermostats are excellently tailored to the requirements of the life science laboratory.
