OverviewBoost the reliability and efficiency of your production process by conducting quality control checks before the final inspection takes place. Integrable inspection systems detect defects long before they cause damage and can be installed under isolator and cleanroom conditions. Our inspection solutions cover empty container inspection, raised stopper inspection, crimp/cap inspection and cosmetic inspection in-line or as stand-alone units.
Key advantages- High efficiency: Minimized machine downtimes and fewer rejects save time and money.
- Easy integration: Suitable for cleanrooms and isolators; gas-tight, VHP-proof and optimized for laminar flow.
- Patented process: Special optical unit and recipe-controlled camera positioning to optimize fault identification.
- Low maintenance: Closed housings protect systems against moisture, dust and incorrect operation.
Empty container inspectionThe empty container inspection screens containers for particles, fragments, inclusions, scratches, cracks and incorrect dimensions prior to filling. Stations are integrated into filling machines in a space-saving manner to sort out defective containers before expensive product is filled and to avoid rejects and downtime.
Raised stopper inspectionChecks presence and correct seating of stoppers to ensure the container is prepared correctly for the next process step (e.g., fully inserted for sealing or only half-inserted for lyophilization).
Crimp / cap inspectionInspects crimp and cap of vials for cosmetic and functional defects (dents, scratches, damaged seals, inaccurate positioning, wrong color or absence of flip-off caps) directly after crimping or cap placement to detect and eliminate faults during production.
Cosmetic inspection / machine (ISA-M stand-alone solution)Where integration space on a filling machine is not available, ISA-M offers a compact stand-alone solution for in-process cosmetic defect inspection. Inspect products during production at up to 600 containers per minute and detect emerging defects long before they cause costly incidents.
Factsheet / documentationTechnical details and a factsheet are available for the ISA-M stand-alone in-process inspection solution (factsheet describes the compact stand-alone solution up to 600 containers/min).
