Overview The BE4 blister packing machine from Körber Pharma is a modular production platform for packaging highly potent and sensitive medicines. It is designed to support containment, frequent format changes and flexible small-batch to higher-speed production while enabling controlled environmental conditions where required.

Containment & Safety Containment options for solids range from local extraction to fully closed systems. Features include safe discharge, negative-pressure process control, automatic airtightness monitoring at every product change and hygienically designed dispensing areas to minimise operator exposure and cross-contamination. Climate-controlled packaging (preset temperature and humidity) is available for sensitive biological products.

Platform & Modularity The Blister Expert (BE) platform is fully modular and upgradeable. BE4 supports 1- or 2-lane operation in a compact footprint, enabling scalable configurations from flexible small-batch machines to higher-speed solutions. Design elements simplify format changes, cleaning and digital integration with upstream/downstream equipment.
