Standard broadband DCB (also PCBA) cleaner MultiEx® 3D aqueous detergents work in three dimensions: 1. Flux removal, 2. Deoxidation of the metal surfaces, especially with copper and aluminum, 3. Passivation of metal surfaces before renewed rapid oxidation. MultiEx® 3D series is characterized by a nuanced raw material shift between the individual detergent models, offering a broad spectrum of efficacy that cleans all commercially available fluxes and pastes thoroughly and with best material protection. MultiEx® 3D detergents special and unique priming formulation ensures that - without any detectable surface coating - cleaned and deoxidized metal surfaces do not tarnish again. MultiEx® 3D-A3 removes thoroughly copper oxide / CuO, aluminum oxide / Al2O3, SMD adhesive (optional), solder paste, flux.. MultiEx® 3D-A3 ismost suitable for the quick and thorough cleaning with best material protection of DCBs, assembled PCBs, ceramic substrates, aluminium, non-ferrous metals. MultiEx® 3D-A3 is equipped with TernarySequence® three-phase regeneration technology and TS+ buffer making it even more efficient. MultiEx® 3D-A3 is delivered as ready-to-use mixture for direct use in kolb systems with PowerSpray® technology and all common spray-in-air cleaning systems.
