Application For clipping various fillers in polyamide, cellulose, and collagen casings in the production of sausage chains and straight, curved and ring sausage sticks. Features automatic delivery of loop and string for both sausage sticks and sausage chains; dosing of the weight of the stick being filled using a timer and a flag for controlling the filler from the clipper or possibility of using the function of dosing by the dosing filler; possibility of unitization with a filler of any manufacturer; regulation of stick filling density; manual clamping drive and pneumatic clipping drive; automatic control of the cut-off blade drive; reconfiguration to various casing diameters without disconnecting the clipper from the filler; possibility of using A or C type clips (smaller and bigger size clips on custom-built machines); easy maintenance, reliability and low operating costs.
