Description

LED 25 optical probe is based on a 25mm inner diameter integrating sphere and 1cm² measurement port. It was conceived as a modular system and can be used with distance spacers for “Averaged LED Intensity” measurements compliant with the ILED-A (316 mm) und ILED-B (100 mm) geometries. Used In conjunction with a spectroradiometer, you can get photometric and radiometric measurements in the 220 – 2500 nm spectral range. The LED 25 exhibits a very homogeneous light sensitivity across the entire detector area and is ideal for fulfilling the requirements of the CIE 127 recommendations. You get high accuracy even for LEDs with very narrow emission angles or inhomogeneous spatial radiation patterns. However, due to the light loss typical in integrating spheres, signal sensitivity is approximately x25 weaker than measurement adapters from the LED-4xx series. LED 25’s optical probe is recommended for use in standards laboratories and for reference measurements. It is also suitable for use with the LEDGON goniophotometer from Instrument Systems for determining the spatial radiation pattern and the luminous flux generated by LED modules. Measurement accuracy is assured for extended light sources by LED 25’s accurate cosine correction. Features • universally suitable for determination of: Averaged LED Intensity (ILED-A und ILED-B), illuminance, luminous flux (in conjunction with the LEDGON goniophotometer) • requires only a single spectral calibration for all applications Further Information • LED 24xx Luminous intensity adapter • LED Test sockets (standard + high-brightness) • LED-81x/-850 Test adapter for high-power LEDs
