Description

Overview
The CA-510 is a compact display color analyzer designed for modern OLED, micro-LED and HDR displays. It extends luminance and chromaticity measurement ranges, improves low-luminance speed and provides enhanced waveform and flicker analysis for both R&D and production environments.

Compact Probe for High-Precision Measurement
The CA-510 uses a Ø10 mm measurement area with ±15° acceptance angle to capture light from wide-angle emitters. This configuration increases sensitivity in low-luminance regions, making it suitable for high-contrast OLED panels and dynamic driving systems.

Expanded Measurement Range
The CA-510 guarantees luminance measurements from 0.0002 to 20,000 cd/m² and chromaticity from 0.002 to 20,000 cd/m², enabling reliable readings from deep black levels to peak luminance values.

Fast and Repeatable Low-Luminance Measurement
Measurement speed is adapted to R&D and production: AUTO mode achieves 1 s readings at 0.0002 cd/m², reducing takt time and supporting efficient gamma tuning and inspection workflows.

Advanced Flicker and Waveform Analysis
Supports JEITA, VESA, FMA and VRR-Flicker (Konica Minolta method) with sampling up to 200 kHz. Provides detailed waveform output including color waveform (XYZ) for emission timing and RGB element evaluation.

Software Integration and Automation
Compatible with CA-S40 Ver.2.2 and CA-SDK2 for instrument control, data visualization and automation. Features include multi-channel calibration, residual light suppression and customizable AUTO modes.
