The compact, robust, and well arranged structure of the KSB 4L series is based on an innovative and technically very simple concept.This system provides an optimum cost-performance ratio, as well as utmost flexibility, operator-friendliness and production efficiency. This machine is distinguished by its innovative and technological concepts in combination with a non-complex sequence of movements and an impressive capacity performance. With the 4L series, PET bottles from 0.1 litres to 2.5 litres can be produced at an output of up to 6,800 bph (with 4 cavities). Heating system: Quick exchange and connection of heating modules. Patented adjustment system enables exact positioning of infrared lamps and guarantees optimal heating of preforms from the outside without opening the heater. Blowing station: Exchangeable as complete unit. Variably adjustable opening path depending on the bottle diameter. Very quick and absolutely reliable locking of the mould carriers. Bottle discharge: Neck-handling process after leaving the blow mould. Designed for direct connection to the air conveyor sections. Touch screen operation: Flexible mounting to a pivoted arm.
