Description

With this series, a high maximum operating temperature of 600℃ is available, together with a nitrogen (N2) atmosphere that yields low oxygen (O2) concentration of 20 ppm. These products have been delivered in large quantities for degreasing of ceramic parts (*) and various anti-oxidation treatments. The furnace external cooling mechanism using cooling blowers shortens the cooling time without affecting the atmosphere inside the furnace. * Separate safety equipment is required. Please contact us from General Inquiries. It is recommended that these products be used in combination with heater-type exhaust gas treatment equipment. Features Based on our extensive record of success, this series enables a temperature of 600°C—the highest temperature for any anti-oxidation treatment equipment. N2 purge enables residual oxygen concentrations of 20 ppm or less. An external cooling system that uses cooling blowers shortens the cooling time. The oil seal and silicon seal maintain high airtightness and a water-cooling mechanism protects the seals from heat. Successfully used for a wide range of production including glass substrates and ceramic degreasing (*).
*Prices are pre-tax. They exclude delivery charges and customs duties and do not include additional charges for installation or activation options. Prices are indicative only and may vary by country, with changes to the cost of raw materials and exchange rates.
