The dimensions of the platform are 1000 mm in length and 1300 mm in width, while the height of the table is 380 mm. By integrating a protective frame with an acknowledgement function, we ensure smooth operation. Furthermore, a mechanical pipe rupture valve and an electromagnetic valve on the cylinder provide additional safety. To ensure reliable functionality, the lifting tilting table has a pressure relief valve and a constant flow valve. The lowering speed can be individually adjusted to enable precise control of the lifting process. The design of our ART 1500GV lifting tilting table is characterized by a stable and torsion-resistant platform. The precision of the cuts and processing is guaranteed by the use of the latest laser machines. The bearings are made using maintenance-free plain bearings in the scissors, while the hydraulic cylinders with chrome-plated piston rods and plunger cylinders ensure long-lasting and efficient performance. The developed double-arm lifting system enables parallel lifting with offset and tilting of the platform by -40° and +5°.
