Description

The K-Mix multicomponent dosing system is best suited for mixing and dosing processes which require a precise recipe. The K-Mix system is used where materials have to be precisely and reliable dosed, mixed and delivered in a certain ratio. Mode of operati on The system can process 2 to maximum 6 different liquid media simultaneously. The operation of the system is very easy by self-explanatory ICONS on the 15? touch screen. A virtual keyboard can be displayed in the service mode. The system mixes and meters the required components exactly according to the customer-specific recipe. Equipment The system has a modular design. A special control program controls the system under normal Win XP mode. The program allows an automatic flushing after run-down of the pot life. The material is delivered either by means of membrane pumps (low pressure) or piston pumps (high pressure), depending on the application.
