The KVL shoring system is part of the steel monobloc trench box set. The KVL's compact dimensions and light weight make it suitable for shallow construction sites (dry networks such as electric cable sheaths and gas pipes) and confined spaces where only a small number of cables are laid. Low-capacity machines can operate. The different types of strut jacks allow precise adjustment of shoring widths, reducing the amount of shoring required. Easy to assemble with pins and cotter pins, the strut jacks are mounted on rubber silentblocks for controlled lowering into the trench and simple removal of the KVL box. Top panels enable trench shoring up to 3 m deep, avoiding the need for an oversized mechanical excavator.
