The SA 600 automatic welding machine consists of several modules, a three-axis linear travel mounted on two columns, a roller positioner located on the rails in the floor and a rotary positioner. The device makes it possible to perform linear or rotary welds of parts of containers mounted on a roller positioner or smaller parts mounted in a tilting positioner. Parameter settings are made from the control panel. The welding head is mounted on a support driven by a servomotor and has the option of setting the exact position using a manual support. The welding source stands alone behind the level of the supporting columns.
