Packaging for pieces is made with flat cardboard boxes. Cardboard machines are usually equipped with heightened conveyors manually loaded. To suppress the tedious and painful process, Labadis has developed a concept including machines and Rollis that enables to have a keep on going feeding in cardboard without manual handling. The machine takes the cardboard boxes at a constant height; forks move into the Rollis and raise the cardboard pile. A reserve allows to have an automatic switch to the next Rollis. Rollis are directly carried by truck. The cardboard is held in the center by two stems: no more waste.
