The C650M Headspace Gas Analyzer is a handheld portable instrument for rapid measurement of oxygen (O2) and optional carbon dioxide (CO2) in the headspace of sealed packages, bottles and cans for production, warehouse and laboratory quality control.

Test Principle
The internal air pump draws headspace gas to the instrument's sensors. O2 is measured by an electrochemical sensor and CO2 (if fitted) by NDIR; the instrument processes sensor signals and records results when preset conditions are met.

Applications

• Packaging bags
  Measure O2 and optional CO2 in the headspace of non‑vacuum sealed bags used for coffee, cheese, milk tea, milk powder, bread, bean powder, instant foods, pharmaceuticals, etc.
• Packaging containers
  Measure O2 and optional CO2 in the headspace of cans, Tetra Pak, beverage containers and similar sealed containers.
• Extended applications
  Small-volume containers such as ampoule bottles: measure headspace O2 and optional CO2 for pharmaceutical or food quality checks.
