Overview
ZHJH series laminar flow clean benches provide a particle- and bacteria-controlled workspace for laboratory, inspection, manufacturing and pharmaceutical procedures under ISO 5 (Fed Std 209E Class 100) conditions. Units are available in vertical and horizontal flow configurations, multiple widths and single- or double-sided work areas. An integrated automatic HEPA integrity test (Self Validation Test) verifies filter integrity before operation.

Operation principle
Room air is drawn through a top pre-filter to remove large particles, then passed through a HEPA filter. Filtered air is delivered as a uniform laminar flow over the work area (vertical or horizontal depending on model), creating positive pressure that protects the product from airborne contamination and minimizes cross-contamination.
