Description
CR5-400 precision CNC 5-axis reciprocating wire-cut EDM is designed for processing PCD flooring and woodworking tools. The machine enables one-time clamping of PCD tools, automatic indexing detection for multi-tooth cutters, automatic deflection positioning of cutting-edge side and back angles, tool-tooth trajectory control, fully automatic multi-tooth EDM processing and on-line measurement of machining accuracy. These functions adapt traditional processing workflows for PCD tool manufacturing and improve production efficiency.
