The second-generation reciprocating wire-walking EDM machine tool, AR2 Ultra series, features a comprehensive design upgrade with major improvements to the wire feeding system. It introduces the industry's first fully automatic threading technology for reciprocating wire-walking equipment, eliminating manual threading and narrowing the performance gap with brass- and molybdenum-wire cutting equipment. This automatic threading system enhances productivity, repeatability and operator convenience for precision mold and component machining.
